Our Will-Writing Process

Initial Consultation — a virtual or face‑to‑face meeting to understand your needs.

Will Instruction Form — We provide a form (online or physical) for you to fill in with key details about your assets and wishes.

Deposit Payment — A 20% deposit is paid to initiate the process.

Drafting — Your Will is prepared within two weeks and the first draft sent for your review.

Finalisation — We revise the document as needed and print three final copies.

Execution — You sign the Will in the presence of two witnesses. You may also choose to leave one signed copy with us for safekeeping (optional)
